Our Philosophy

At Aardvark Builders, we believe in building solid homes, with the right materials, and trained, licensed professionals.

We believe that ICC Construction Code represents the bare minimum to insure structural integrity.  We understand that these codes need to apply
to all sorts of structures and therefore represent the "lowest common denominator" approach to building but we go above and beyond minimum code requirements.

Each project is based on the needs of the owner and the needs of the building. Building Inspectors are always welcome on our job sites - they're our biggest fans!

We believe that homes should be built with the understanding that they are most likely a family's largest and most important investment. They should last beyond the last mortgage payment.

We find the approach of Mike Holmes of Holmes on Homes to be in line with our philosophy. It's my wife's favorite show!)
